I don’t think Yahoo utilizes cPanel or LAMP (linux, apache, mysql, php) for web hosting.

I personally use Chime Host for web hosting and so far I am happy with the service. The utilize cPanel and offer site transfer and domain transfer for new clients at no extra charge. Just contact them if you have any questions before you sign up -

but try dis hosting site. i used it, and its quite good with online editing software too for ur hosting site.
