Best web host for a PTA?

Our PTA is looking for a decent, low cost host for our website that will enable us to create a website for our members and community. Unfortunately, it is nearly impossible for me to find any where online that offers an objective review of the hosts available. Can anyone recommend a host OR point me to a reliable compilation of host reviews?
We need low cost, decent storage, and I’m not sure of the amount of bandwidth we’d realistically need.

For hosting i would recommend you to go with a shared hosting solution such as but you may want to check out where you can find more hosting companies, as well as read about other peoples experiance with the many different hosting companies.

I am using bluehost webhosting for my web site since its inexpensive and reliable . I signedup with bluehost webhosting seven months back and i am very satisfied with bluehost webhosting.I have not faced any problem with bluehost yet , FTP access is fast and reliable , my website is loaded fast, and i have not experienced any downtime yet. I also find their forum very useful in getting helps.
IX are the best out there. not sure what a PTA is but I recently went through the process of checking eneryone and after getting my money back 5 TIMES from as many hosting cowboys (with a nice facade) I landed with IX and I am now very happy.
